For Sydney homeowners Robyn and husband Jonathon, it took more than five years before finding the perfect builder and locking in a home design they were both happy with.

"When we were looking for our home, there weren't many builders that offered the Hamptons style we were after," says Llewellyn.

 After meeting with Hall & Hart, Robyn finally felt confident she'd be able to create the home of her dreams. "When I met with them, I saw the flexibility and the way that I could customise the house the way that I wanted it," she says. "Their terms were really favourable - there were no surprises. I knew what I was going to be getting."

Needing to accommodate Robyn's large family, which includes young children, the house's design blends the indoors with the outdoors. "We put in a pool and an alfresco area as we want the kids spending a lot of time outdoors, and we felt that the style of house really lent itself to that."

Almost all-white, with neutral-toned accents, the house's clean aesthetic affords it a beachy, relaxed vibe. Thanks to Hall & Hart's experienced team of architectural designers, construction experts, town planners and interior designers, the end result was both functional and stylish.

"We really liked that they would handle the building process for us," says Robyn. "They'd have a site manager that would take care of everything so it took a lot of stress out of the system."

After nearly five years of finding the perfect home, the results are stunning. "I just can't wait to sit out on the balcony in summer and watch the kids swim in the pool while I have a glass of wine," says Robyn.
